- Inhalt: In order to lead meetings sucessfully, work with groups goal oriented and present results easy to understand you need techniques to lead discussions, to absorb listeners and to secure results. This training includes a plentitude of exercises and methods for succesfull presentation, literature about presentation skills, checklists for presentations, video and audio feedback.
- Dozent: Diplom-Psychologe David Reinhaus works for the Comelio GmbH in human resources development. He is responsible for leadership and team development, selection of personnel, professional training and change management. Previously David Reinhaus worked for a company, specialised on conducting negotiations and counseling negotiating parties. Clients and participants of trainings are: Saint Gobain Sekurit, Evonik, IHK Berlin, IHK zu Lübeck, Bundesverband Deutscher Volks- und Betriebswirte, Universität Bayreuth, HHLA Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG, Nuon, opta data, BIG-Bau Unternehmensgruppe, Arbeiter-Samarita-Bund, Sparkasse Hanau, LÜHRMANN, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Horbach, Mayors, Members of the European Parliament, Members of the German Parliament.
As a scholarship holder Mr. Reinhaus has been trained on political psychology, international relations, leadership, presentation skills, training methods, finance politics and conflict mangagement. Furthermore he has gained knowledge in theme centred interaction, transactional analysis, systemic psychology, behaviour therapy, time management, stress research and teaching techniques.
